The Christmas House
This custom commission began with a handmade house built by the owner’s grandfather and a request to transform it into a home filled with the warmth and nostalgia of Christmas. We’re preserving the details that make it uniquely his—including the beautiful handmade staircase—while refreshing the interiors, restoring the electrical and creating rooms that feel collected over time. Rich woods, traditional patterns and touches of burgundy are bringing this family house back to life, ready to hold a new generation of Christmas memories.
The Custom Lawbre
Built around 1983, this eleven-room Lawbre arrived with beautiful architectural details and an interior that had never been completed. We’re giving it the home it waited more than forty years to become—preserving its original character while adding warm wood floors, carefully chosen wallpapers, updated electrical and lighting, and a palette of blues that travels throughout the house. Each room is being designed to feel collected rather than decorated, allowing this remarkable old house to finally tell its story.
Asya's House
The Willowcrest is coming to life for Asya as a charming miniature home full of personality and story. Its soft gables, welcoming porch, and delicate trim are transforming the kit from a stack of pieces into a tiny house brimming with magic. Every room is being carefully planned: her favorite colors are brightening the walls, cozy furniture is fitting perfectly into each nook, and little details—a miniature vase on the windowsill, a tiny quilt on the bed—are making it uniquely hers. As she plays, the open-back design is revealing the inviting interior, where imagination is running free. This isn’t just a dollhouse; it’s Asya’s own storybook world, being built by hand, piece by piece, with love and care.
