Every miniature home I create is one of a kind—and so is the pricing.

Because each project is custom-built or thoughtfully renovated, there is no single set price. The final cost of a commission depends on many factors, including the size and complexity of the dollhouse, the condition of the original kit (if vintage), the level of customization, materials selected, and the amount of detailed handwork involved.

Some clients are looking for a simple, charming refresh. Others envision a fully immersive miniature world with custom finishes, lighting, and layered details. Both are welcome—and both are priced accordingly.

After an initial conversation, I’ll create a personalized quote based on:

• The dollhouse kit or structure

• Restoration vs. full build

• Interior and exterior finishes

• Custom details, furnishings, and décor

• Timeline and scope of work

This approach ensures you’re paying for exactly what your project requires—no more, no less.
